An excellent opportunity for an energetic and passionate individual to join The Egg as our Senior Digital Delivery Manager. A newly created role as The Egg expands globally.

The position is responsible for the cross-channel/cross-markets integration of our digital marketing services to deliver unified solutions to clients.

To succeed in this role, you should have fascination in all things in digital marketing. Have hands-on experience with SEO and/or PPC, but want to get more client interactions. You want to know how things work, how to help your clients and you are always on the look-out for new tools, strategies, and industry trends.

You will develop and oversee integrated cross-channel strategies and coordinate with different project teams to successfully achieve client's KPIs while ensuring a cohesive and complementary approach to digital marketing.

  • Be ultimately responsible for the success of client accounts that work with us across multiple markets and/or channels
  • Serve as a credible, trusted partner and advisor to our clients, working with them to plan, forecast and implement digital campaigns
  • Responsible for the coordination, communication and quality of multiple project deliverables and manage client's expectations
  • Interrogate data, campaign results, marketing trends and competitor insights to identify opportunities and anticipate any issues that might lead to not meeting our client's KPIs
  • Develop procedures and deliverable standards to ensure clients have a unified experience across markets/channels
  • Build and foster long lasting relationships with external partners across markets
  • Proactively work with Business Development team to recognize new business opportunities, develop and sell integrated solutions
  • Nurture a collaborative working environment with team members and share timely reports, updates against our goals and client insights
  • Analyze third-party as well as internal processes, and create strategies for service delivery optimization

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years' experience within digital marketing agency in accounts management function, or from SEO or Paid Search looking to move across to client servicing, and/or 3 years experience in-house marketing with hands-on experience working with agencies across search, social and display.
  • Impeccable project management and consulting approach / work style
  • Experience of growing and maintaining close client relationships
  • Experience managing and directing strategy on search, social and display campaigns
  • Experience working with multiple Asian cultures and/or language skills in Chinese, Japanese or Korean would be an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of digital analytics and associated tools
  • Brilliant networking skills, confident at developing new relationships
